Our five-week Bollywood/Bhangra Dance courses are designed to be more progressive than drop-in classes. Each week you build on what you have learnt the previous week and by the final week you should feel confident and proficient in several elements of that particular dance style.
Our courses are pro-active; our teachers are friendly and approachable. You can always tell them what you want to focus on in class. Our aim is to get you dancing for the purpose you want. Whether it’s fun, fitness, relaxation or training, there is a BDL course for everyone.

Class Styles 2013:
BhangraFitness / BhangraCardio
Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm, Fitness First, Oxford Circus – suitable for men & women.
Traditional folk movements fused with more modern elements. High-energy, fun and vibrant; for those who want to keep fit the fun way! Course also provides additional insight into the history, culture and origins of Bhangra dance.
£60 for 5 weeks.

Semi-Classical Indian Dance
Mondays 7-8.30pm, Arthur Murray Dance Studios, Baker St. – suitable for females only.
A course for the more experienced. Faster pace and heavier focus on expressions, posture and alignment. Beginners moves are developed, producing variations and more challenging combinations.
£70 for 5 weeks.

BollyKids – Indian Dance Class for Kids
Sundays 10.30-11.30am, LA Fitness, Gt. Portland St. (Off Hallam St.) – suitable for children of ages 4+
BollyKids focuses on choreography and background to Indian cinema and some group choreography and basic formations. The perfect activity on a Sunday morning for the kids!
£50 for 5 weeks
